border-left: 2px solid rgb(231, 44, 55);"> <p align="justify"> The analysis of vulnerability and the means of tackling it are at the heart of the Ferdi s activities this year. </p> <p align="justify"> In view of the Fourth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries (LDC) which will be held in Istanbul in May, the Ferdi, in association with the French Ministère des Affaires étrangères et européennes, organised on March 9th a preparatory event, co-sponsored by Nepal, on the theme "Tackling the Vulnerability of LDCs.
