Conférence ABCDE : session parallèle "Reforming the Aid Allocation Criteria and Adressing the Vulnerability Issue"

La conférence ABCDE 2010 (Annual Bank Conferences on Development Economics) s'est tenue du 31 mai au 2 juin 2010 à Stockholm sur le thème "Development Challenges in Post-Crisis World". Elle était organisée par la Banque mondiale et le Gouvernement suédois (Ministère des Affaires étrangères).

La Ferdi organisait la session parallèle "Reforming the Aid Allocation Criteria and Adressing the Vulnerability Issue". Au cours de cette session, présidée par Bernard Petit, ancien Directeur Général adjoint du Développement à la Commission européenne, trois communications ont été présentées :

• How to take into account vulnerability in aid allocation criteria, and lack of human capital as well : improving the performance based allocation" par Patrick Guillaumont, Sylviane Guillaumont Jeanneney et Laurent Wagner (CERDI/Ferdi)
• Performance Assesment, Vulnerability, Human Capital and the allocation of Aid Among Countries" par Mark McGillivray (ADRI et AusAID), Patrick Guillaumont et Laurent Wagner (Cerdi/Ferdi)
• Désiré Vencatachellum (Banque Africaine de Développement)
